【摘 要】目的：結合我院妇产科剖宫产手术之后病人出现下肢深静脉血栓的情况进行详细的分析，探究在手术之后针对这一问题的具体护理措施，从而减少出现下肢深静脉血栓的情况。方法：本次的研究选取的都是我院在2018年6月到2019年5月之前接受产科剖宫产手术治疗的100名病人，将这些病人进行对应的分组，其中常规组50人，研究组50人。病人在医院的手术治疗期间都接受了对应的基础治疗与相关的护理措施，另外的研究组病人则是在这一前提下给予对应的预防性护理方法。对两组病人出现深静脉血栓的情况进行分析。结果：经过手术之后的护理操作，研究组的病人发生下肢深静脉血栓的概率明显的低于常规组的病人，另外这一组病人的住院时间也要短于常规组病人。最后，病人对于护理工作的满意水平要高于常规组的病人。结论：针对于我院产科需要接受剖宫产手术的病人，在术后采取干预护理措施能够大大的降低发生下肢深静脉血栓的可能性，同时降低病人住院时间，另外确保病人对护理效果的满意水平的提高。

【Abstract】objective： to conduct a detailed analysis of patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after cesarean section in gynecology and obstetrics department of our hospital， and explore specific nursing measures for this problem after surgery， so as to reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods： in this study， 100 patients who received obstetric cesarean section in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected. These patients were divided into corresponding groups， including 50 in the conventional group and 50 in the study group. The patients received the corresponding basic treatment and related nursing measures during the surgical treatment in the hospital， while the other group of patients were given corresponding preventive care methods under this premise. The occurrence of deep vein thrombosis in two groups of patients was analyzed. Results： after surgical nursing， the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group， and the length of hospital stay in this group was also shorter than that in the conventional group. Finally， patients were more satisfied with their care than patients in the regular group.Conclusion： for the patients who need to receive cesarean section in obstetrics department of our hospital， postoperative intervention and nursing measures can greatly reduce the possibility of the occurrence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis， reduce the length of hospital stay， and ensure the improvement of patients' satisfaction with the nursing effect.
