多囊卵巢综合征患者体重指数对冻融囊胚移植的影响(2)
與PCOS正常体重的患者相比，超重和肥胖的PCOS有不良的生殖结果。PCOS患者BMI的增加，可以通过多个途径降低子宫内膜容受性，给胚胎着床带来困难。因此，临床上应重视对BMI高的PCOS患者的体重控制，加强饮食、运动的干预，促使患者尽量在进辅助生育周期前降低BMI，以改善其妊娠结局。
