乳腺癌患者血浆miRNA-503表达水平研究(2)
本研究发现miR-503在乳腺癌患者血浆中表达水平明显下调，与正常人相比，miR-503在乳腺癌血浆中的表达仅为正常人的0.244。本研究将为miR-503有希望作为乳腺癌辅助诊断的分子标志物提供了可能性。但是本研究还存在着不足，如病例标本数量不多，非大样本量的研究，实验结果是否存在一定偏差等，需扩大病例标本数量、结合患者的临床表现进行进一步的研究等。
