【摘 要】目的：分析急救护理管理针对急诊输液室患者病情突变所发挥的管理价值。方法：选择我院在2017年3月～2019年4月在急诊输液室治疗的68例患者作为研究对象，将患者均分为观察组34例和对照组34例，观察组应用急救护理管理措施，对照组应用常规管理，对比两组患者的满意率。结果：观察组病情突变发生例数少，护理满意率高，数据对比P<0.05。结论：应用急救护理管理措施可提升急诊输液室病情突变的处置效果，值得推广。
