【摘要】目的：分析综合护理对老年糖尿病伴脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法：选取我院70例老年糖尿病伴脑梗死患者，随机平均分为实验组和常规组。结果：常规组显效21例，有效9例，无效5例，有效率为85.7%，实验组显效23例，有效10例，无效2例，有效率为94.3%，结果显示实验组高于常规组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理对糖尿病伴脑梗死患者有效率提高，有利于患者全面康复。
