摘要：目的：分析护理干预对老年冠心病患者健康行为的依从性影响。方法：选择我院60例冠心病患者随机平均分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，实验组实施护理干预，分析两组患者依从性情况。结果：实验组患者依从性要好于对照组，利于患者养成健康的行为，p<0.05有统计差异。结论：对老年群体的冠心病患者实施护理干预，可以对他们的服药以及体育锻炼等方面的依从性起到很好的作用，帮助他们养成健康的行为，从而值得在临床上进行推广。
