摘要：目的：分析上消化道出血患者采取内科护理的应用效果。方法：将40例上消化道出血患者平均随机分成观察组(针对性护理)和对照组(常规护理)，对比两组患者护理效果。结果：两组患者止血时间、临床有效率和护理满意度对比，观察组均明显好于对照组，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：上消化道出血患者实施针对性护理措施，止血迅速，疗效显著，临床应用价值高。
