摘要：目的：分析循证护理模式在上消化道出血患者临床护理中的应用。方法：选取40例上消化道出血的患者随机平均分组及对照组和循证组，对照组采用常规护理;循证组：循证护理干预。结果：循证组出血次数明显少于对照组。循证组止血用时比对照组短。在护理满意度上，循证组为90%，对照组则为75%。结论：对上消化道出血患者采取循证护理措施，可以有效起到止血作用。
