摘要：目的：探讨综合护理在乳腺癌术后的应用效果。方法：选取60例乳腺癌患者探讨术后心理护理、功能锻炼、伤口护理及放疗的护理。结果：60例乳腺癌患者中47行改良根治术，13例行扩大根治术均未发生并发症，并定期行放疗，59例术后恢复较好，1例未随访。结论：术后综合护理对提高患者的生存质量起着非常重要的作用。
