【摘要】目的：研究中药临床合理用药的安全性及应对措施。方法：抽取200例采用中药治疗的患者随机平均分为对照组(常规用药)和观察组(临床合理用药)。对比用药不安全事件发生率、不良反应发生率。结果：用药不安全事件发生率、不良反应发生率与对照组相比，观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论：采用临床合理用药措施，对提高用药安全性具有重要作用，建议临床推广。
