摘要：目的：探讨包皮内板加包皮外板剔除术治疗包茎及包皮过长临床效果。方法：选取包茎及包皮过长患者50例，随机平均分为研究组(包皮内板加包皮外板剔除术)和对照组(传统包皮环切术)，比较两组患者的手术指标和术后情况。结果：研究组在术后疼痛评分、切口愈合时间、阴茎轻度、中度、重度水肿率、愈合后外观方面与对照组无显著差异;研究组在手术时间、术中出血量与对照组有显著差异。结论：包皮内板加包皮外板剔除术比传统治疗包茎及包皮过长具有更好的治疗效果，值得推广使用。
