【摘要】目的：探究慢性肾小球肾炎患者联合应用贝那普利与黄葵治疗的临床效果与安全性。方法：选取2018年3月至2019年5月期间于我院接受治疗的慢性肾小球肾炎患者70例作为此次研究对象，以治疗方案的不同作为分组方法，将仅应用贝那普利治疗的患者设为单一组(35例)，而联合贝那普利与黄葵治疗的患者设为联合组(30例)。观察两组肾功能水平与不良反应发生率。结果：两组治疗前，肾功能水平基本一致(P>0.05);两组治疗后，肾功能水平均呈下降趋势，对比发现，联合组降幅大于单一组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率经比较后，发现无显著差异存在(P>0.05)。结论：将贝那普利与黄葵联合应用作为慢性肾小球肾炎患者的治疗方案，在改善患者肾功能水平上效果优越，且安全性较高。
