【摘 要】目的：研究对社区糖尿病高危患者开展健康教育对糖尿病预防所起到的作用。方法：回顾性分析社区糖尿病高危居民资料200例，平均分组，对照组接受常规干预，研究组接受健康教育干预。结果：研究组在干预期间，出现糖尿病几率16%明显低于对照组38%，(P<0.05);研究组对糖尿病基本知识和防控措施显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在社区糖尿病高危人群开展健康教育干预，能够显著提高预防效果。
