【摘要】L-异亮氨酸是一种支链氨基酸，也是人体必需氨基酸，可作为食品营养补充剂、药物和饲料添加剂。本文主要综述了谷氨酸棒杆菌、大肠杆菌合成L-异亮氨酸的调控机制和全局代谢网络改造策略现状，重点阐述基因工程技术在 L-异亮氨酸产生菌改造中的应用。
