【摘要】目的：分析H型高血压患者采用氨氯地平/马来酸依那普利/叶酸片联合治疗的疗效。方法：抽选92例H型高血压平均分为对照组(氨氯地平)与联合组(氨氯地平加依那普利/叶酸片治疗)，对比两组的疗效。结果：联合组降压总有效率95.7%比对照组71.7%高，差异显著(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后Hcy水平比对照组低，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：氨氯地平/马来酸依那普利/叶酸片联合治疗H型高血压疗效确切，值得推广。
