【摘 要】目的：分析腹部X线平片和CT检查对肠梗阻的诊断效果。方法：对我院50例肠梗阻患者资料作为研究对象，随机平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用腹部X线平片检查，观察组采用CT检查，比较两组诊断效果。结果：对照组的确诊率为76%，观察组的确诊率为96%，两组数据相比差异显著，具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：对肠梗阻患者采用CT检查，比腹部X线平片检查准确率更高，具有重要的临床价值。
