【摘 要】 我院在开展全院护士岗位管理的基础上，探索实施了门诊采血岗位的动态管理。该管理模式的运行，最大限度的节约了人力成本，优化了流程，充分调动了临床护士的积极性，提高了护士和患者的满意度，推进了优质服务长效机制的建立。
