【摘 要】 质量风险管理是在整个产品生命周期中采用前瞻性回顾的方式，对质量风险进行评估、控制、沟通、审核的系统过程。本文主要概述了质量风险管理活动的发展历程，分析了质量风险管理的流程和作用，并提出了提高质量风险管理水平的措施，以期为药品生产企业在落实质量风险管理活动中提供参考，改善药品质量，从而切实保障公众的用药安全。
