【摘 要】 目的：了解北碚区2008年-2012年餐饮具卫生状况，为改善餐饮具消毒状况提供科学依据。方法：按照G B14934-1994《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》要求，对辖区内大、中、小型餐馆用纸片法进行餐具卫生监测。结果：5年抽样7345件，每年的合格率分别为61.5%、61.5%、66.4%、70.9%、73.8%。结论：5年来，餐饮具卫生合格率持续上升，餐饮具卫生状况逐步改善，但是还需要监管机构进一步对餐具卫生消毒监管加大力度，以保证城镇居民用餐安全。
