【摘 要】 目的 应用无卡环 垫对牙列拥挤合并个别牙反 进行矫治。方法 在上下 固定矫治器存在的情况下，取模制作活动
垫，对牙列拥挤合并个别牙反 进行矫治。结果 所选的23个病例中，完成矫治过程的22例患者效果良好、用时减少。结论 无卡环活动 垫，对牙列拥挤合并个别牙反 矫治操作简单、疗程短、效果良好。
