【摘 要】 肛周脓肿是肛管直肠周围软组织急性感染，感染路径由肛腺经外括约肌向外扩散。病发时患者肛门周围肿块剧痛、坐卧不宁、夜不能眠、大便秘结等，随之出现全身中毒症状。手术切开引流同时配合中药熏洗疗效确切。责任护士在做好整体护理的同时，要注重情志、饮食护理，有利于康复。
