【摘 要】 老年肺心病心衰临床以综合性治疗为前提，同时根据患者虚实寒热转换加入中医治疗理念，调动各方面的积极困素，临床及预后效果明确。该病起病急重、病情凶险、死亡率较高。临床护理工作极为重要，医护人员不但要做好基础护理，更要做好患者的心理护理，危重患者做好特殊护理，力争早日康复。
