【摘 要】 脑梗死患者临床多表现为语言不利、口眼喎斜、半身不遂等。脉诊及舌苔以“肝阳暴亢、风痰瘀血、痰热腑实”为主要表现。近年来，我院采用中西结合用药治疗该病，取得了显著疗效；护理人员配合医生快速进行配药、用药及做好各项检查，做好临床密切观察护理与康复指导工作，对患者的预后意义重大。
