米非司酮配伍化疗药治疗侵蚀性葡萄胎30例临床疗效观察(1)

【摘 要】 目的研究米非司酮配合化疗药治疗侵蚀性葡萄胎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院在2012年12月至2013年12月间收治的60例侵蚀性葡萄胎患者的临床资料，根据不同的治疗方法将患者分为两组，每组病例各30例，对照组单纯利用一般药物治疗，观察组采用米非司酮与化疗药物相结合治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组，且差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮与化疗药物相结合治疗，有利于使侵蚀性葡萄胎患者的治疗效果得到提升，在临床治疗中的应用非常广泛，值得临床推广。
