【摘 要】 目的分析探讨急诊科门诊输液患者潜在风险因素与护理措施。方法选取50例急诊科门诊输液患者作为研究对象，分为研究组与对照组，每组25例，研究组行输液风险因素分析后给予针对性护理，对照组行常规护理。结果两组输液患者面临的风险因素与年龄、病情、心理及就诊时间等因素有关；研究组总体输液不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊门诊输液风险与多种因素有关，针对输液风险给予系统的护理干预可以降低不良事件发生率。
