【摘 要】 老年糖尿病肾病的发生与患者血清同型半胱氨酸和高敏C反应蛋白关系密切。二者的检测对临床早期诊断老年糖尿病肾病有良好的临床应用价值。血清同型半胱氨酸升高的水平对于判断肾脏微血管病变情况敏感性高于高敏C反应蛋白。糖尿病肾病早期检测、早期诊断、早期治疗，对患者的预后意义重大。

Diabetic nephropathy early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment,is of great significance to the prognosis of patients.
