【摘 要】 目的了解急性上消化道大出血病人的内科舒适护理方法以及效果。方法对我院2011年12月至2013年12月收治的40例急性上消化道大出血病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析，予以患者救急处理以及多方面护理干预措施，观察患者临床疗效。结果经止血、补充血容量等急救以及护理后，出血停止后治愈出院21例，基于控制出血情况下转入消化内科予以强化治疗14例，予以内科治疗失败后施以手术治疗4例，抢救无效死亡1例。结论及时予以急性上消化道大出血病人临床护理干预，有助于降低各种并发症发生几率，减少住院次数，促进患者早日康复。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo understand the patient's medical comfort gastrointestinal bleeding and effects on acute care methods.Methodsupper gastrointestinal bleeding patients in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were treated and 40 cases of acute clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and give patients handling and emergency care multifaceted interventions,clinical efficacy in patients.ResultsAfter bleeding, such as first aid and care to add volume, after the bleeding stopped cured21 cases, based on the situation under control bleeding after Gastroenterology be transferred to intensive treatment 14 cases, be subjected to medical treatment failed surgery four cases, rescue one case died.Conclusiontimely acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients' clinical nursing interventions to help reduce the probability of occurrence of various complications , reduce the number of hospitalizations, and promote early recovery of patients. ......
