吸毒人员静脉采血方法研究

【摘 要】 目的给吸毒人员采血，了解吸毒人员血管临床特点，提高采血成功率，减轻吸毒人员采血过程中的痛苦，避免医务人员采血过程中职业暴露的发生。方法按照《全国临床检验操作规范》对吸毒人员进行静脉采血，主要通过对手静脉，颈静脉、头皮静脉进行采血。结果2010年-2012年，对吸毒人员采样，采血数量(成功采血率)分别为1303(99.62%)、848(99.76%)、1348(99.93%)。结论近三年来，对吸毒人员采样分析研究，选择合理的采血方式，为提高采样成功率、避免医务人员职业暴露发生提供了依据。
