【摘 要】 目的 探讨直径1.0-3.0cm上尿路结石的六种外科手术方式。方法 比较这六种处理方式的术中出血、手术前后HGB差值、住院时间、并发症和结石清除率。结果 六组治疗结果及并发症发生率均存在显著性差异。结论 随着泌尿外科设备及技术的发展，体外冲击波碎石、经皮肾镜取石术、输尿管硬镜取石术、输尿管软镜取石术、后腹腔镜取石术等各种术式相继出现，但其各有优缺点，泌尿外科医师针对不同患者选择最佳的治疗方案尤为重要。
