【摘 要】 目的 探讨严重创伤患者急诊急救的护理体会。方法 随机选取2009年1月-2013年12月严重创伤患者抢救治疗护理的患者共计40例，对其救治过程及相关资料进行分析。结果 在40例严重创伤患者中抢救成功脱险的共计36例，死亡4例，抢救成功率为90%，有效抢救平均时间为48min。结论 严重创伤患者在急诊急救过程中应当进行及时、具有针对性的护理会对患者的救治有着良好的促进作用。
