依达拉奉与低分子肝素钙联合治疗急性进展性脑梗死的疗效观察(2)
综上所述,依达拉奉与低分子肝素钙联合治疗急性进展性脑梗死比单独使用低分子肝素钙治疗治疗急性进展性脑梗死效果更好。经其治疗后患者神经功能缺损评分更正常,有效率更高。因此该方法值得在临床中推广使用。
