壬基酚对P450arom和MIS基因表达的影响(3)

    本研究中,在27℃雄性化水温中,用含雌二醇(E2)饲料喂养比目鱼幼鱼,仍可以完全诱导它们雌性化,并且在同一个生殖腺中P450arom的mRNA表达被诱导而MIS的mRNA表达受到抑制。而NP对27℃水温中幼鱼的雌性化作用的同时也伴随着这一现象,这提示了NP干扰性分化的作用机制很可能与雌激素一样,先通过调节P450arom和MIS mRNA的表达而发挥雌性化作用。这也提示了P450arom和MIS两个基因可以作为鱼类接触壬基酚的早期反应预警标志物,尽早预防它对人体尤其婴幼儿生殖发育系统的危害。今后可以在NP对P450arom和MIS两个基因的转录调节途径分子机制方面作更深入的研究。
