摘要: [目的] 研究和验证改良碘量法快速检测食品中二氧化硫残留的效果。 [方法] 随机采取水溶性食品94件和水不溶性食品99件,分别用改良碘量法和国标法进行检测,比较两种方法检测食品中二氧化硫的符合性。 [结果] 两种检测方法对水溶性食品和水不溶性食品中二氧化硫检测结果的符合率为91.0%和83.4%,与国标方法相比,差异均无显著性。 [结论] 改良碘量法可以作为食品中二氧化硫残留的快速筛检方法。
