摘要：本文主要介绍了风险分析及其在食源性疾病监控中的应用，并通过国内外的有关风险评估工作的概括分析，阐述了风险分析在食源性疾病监控中的应用前景。本文认为风险分析在科学评估食品污染物危害水平、制定落实食品安全措施、预防和控制食源性疾病发生、更好地保护人体健康方面有着极其重要的作用。

    [Abstract] This paper mainly introduces risk analysis and its application in the food-borne diseases monitoring. By summarily analyzing the related risk assessment work at home and abroad, this paper expounds the application prospect of the risk analysis in food-borne diseases monitoring. That risk analysis in assessing food contaminants harm level, formulating measures for implementation of food safety, preventing and controlling food-borne diseases, and better protecting human health is very important.
