摘要：目的了解老年骨质疏松性骨折的相关因素。方法对在上海市枫林街道社区卫生服务中心就诊的骨质疏松症无骨折患者 118 例及骨质疏松性骨折患者82 例进行问卷调查。结果老年骨质疏松性骨折与年龄、性别、体重、职业、膳食结构、运动方式、骨质疏松性骨折史及骨折家族史等有关。结论提倡正确锻炼方式，均衡饮食，避免低体重对降低骨质疏松性骨折发生率有重要意义。
