【摘 要】目的：探讨护士观察量表在少儿精神病病人护理中的效果。方法：选取2014年3月～2015年3月我院心理科病房收治86例精神病病人，采用护士观察量(NOSIE)对他们进行分析和评价。结果：精神分裂症组的NOSIE评分显著低于非精神分裂症病人(P<0.05)。结论：护士观察量表应用在青少年精神病病人中可以很好的观察青少年精神病病人的举止，这种方法十分简单而且有效，值得各大医院临床使用。

    Objective to explore the effect of nurses' observation scale in the nursing of children with psychosis. Methods： from March 2014 to March 2015， 86 psychiatric patients were admitted to the psychological ward of our hospital. They were analyzed and evaluated by nurse observation (NOSIE). Results the NOSIE score in the schizophrenic group was significantly lower than that of the non schizophrenic patients (P < 0.05).
