激光辅助治疗中老年慢性牙周炎的效果分析(1)
【摘 要】目的：探讨激光辅助治疗中老年慢性牙周炎的效果。方法：研究时间为2015年2月到2017年9月，选择在我院口腔科收治的138例中老年慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组各69例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组给予激光治疗，两组都给予抗生素治疗，治疗观察3个月。结果：治疗后观察组的治疗总有效率为94.2%，显著高于对照组的69.6%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的GI与AI指标都显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)，观察组也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：激光辅助治疗中老年慢性牙周炎能改善临床症状，提高治疗效果，有很好的应用价值。

Abstract Objective： To investigate the effects of laser assisted treatment on chronic periodontitis in middle-aged and elderly patients. Methods： From February 2015 to September 2017， 138 patients with chronic periodontitis in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital were selected， all the patients were divided into the 69 patients in the observation group and the 69 patients in the control group accorded to the different treatment methods. The control group were given routine treatment， the observation group were given assisted therapy， and the two groups were given antibiotics treatment. The treatment cycles were observed for 3 months. Results： After treatment， the total effective rate of the observation group were 94.2%， which the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (69.6%) (P<0.05). After treatment， the GI and AI indexes of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05)， and the observation group were also significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： The laser assisted treatment of chronic periodontitis in middle-aged and elderly patients can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect， and has a good application value.

慢性牙周炎是口腔科的一种常见病，是由菌斑生物膜所引起的慢性感染性牙周疾病[1]。其在临床上主要表现为牙槽骨吸收、牙松动、附着丧失、牙周袋形成并有炎症，由于其早期发病较为隐匿，症状不是特别突出，往往被患者所忽视，经久不治便会导致病情加重[2]。慢性牙周炎的发病率一般在35岁后显著增高，50-60岁时达高峰。传统器械治疗-超声波或手工进行刮治和根面平整是目前中老年慢性牙周炎最常用、最有效的基础治疗方法，能消除牙周袋内根面上的菌斑和牙石，但是由于解剖因素的影响，很多治疗器械难以进入，导致治疗存在局限性[3]。YAG激光被认为是牙周治疗中最有潜力的激光，Er：YAG激光是波长2900nm的固体脉冲激光，不易引起热损伤，易被水和羟磷灰石吸收形成微爆破，从而清除软硬组织而发挥治疗作用[4-5]。本文具体探讨了激光辅助治疗中老年慢性牙周炎的效果，现报道如下。

1.1 一般资料
研究时间为2015年2月到2017年9月，选择在我院口腔科收治的138例中老年慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象，纳入标准：年龄≥40岁；临床确诊为慢性牙周炎；患者在接受治疗前均签署知情同意书；口腔内余留牙≥20，至少有4颗磨牙，且在3月内未进行牙周治疗；所选牙均无龋齿及牙髓、根尖病变和急性牙龈炎症；研究得到医院伦理委员会的批准。排除标准：糖尿病、心血管疾病患者；孕期以及哺乳期妇女。根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组各69例，对照组中男性38例，女性31例，年龄43～72(57.3±5.2)岁；观察组中男性36例，女性33例，年龄42～78(61.2±7.3)岁，2组患者一般资料差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。, 百拇医药(左志彬)
