【摘 要】“二胎政策”全面实施后，临床对儿科护士的需求量日益增加，与此同时，就国内而言，儿科护理资源紧张现象已经持续多年，加之放开二孩政策的实施，儿科“缺医少护”的问题日益突出，随之而来的便是儿科护士专业稳定性问题。相比其他科室，儿科具有特殊性，对临床护理具有更高的要求，进而对儿科护士提出了更高的要求。因此，二孩政策下儿科护士专业稳定性的应对策略成为儿科医护人员探讨的重要话题之一。
