【摘 要】目的：研究石斛多糖(DP)对肿瘤特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)体外抑制肿瘤效果的影响。方法：制备肿瘤特异性CTL，小鼠S108细胞体外培养，分为对照组、CTL组、DP组、CTL+ DP组，检测肿瘤抑制率。结果： CTL+ DP组肿瘤抑制率比CTL组、DP组为高(P<0.05)。结论：石斛多糖发挥体外抗肿瘤作用，并能加强肿瘤特异性CTL体外抗肿瘤效应。
