晶星Lenstar—900(LS900)与Oculyzer眼前节分析仪测量近视患者角膜厚度的比较研究

【摘 要】目的： 比较晶星Lenstar-900(LS900)与Oculyzer眼前节分析仪测量近视患者角膜厚度的差异。方法：分别使用LS900与Oculyzer测量101例201眼近视患者的角膜厚度，对两种方法的测量结果进行统计分析。结果：LS900测得的角膜厚度为534.35±28.114μm，Oculyzer测得值为536.78±26.725μm，两者的差值平均为-2.423±7.159μm。两种方法測量角膜厚度差异有统计学意义(t=-4.798，P<0.01)，同时两者具有高度的相关性(r=0.967，p=0.000)。结论：LS900与Oculyzer对于测量近视患者的角膜厚度的差异虽然有统计学意义，但同时具有高度的相关性，临床中可以相互参照。【关键词】Lenstar-900；Oculyzer；近视；角膜厚度
