【摘 要】目的：探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺种植放射性125I粒子治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2017年5月2018年1月期间收治的晚期肺癌患者34例，接受CT引导下经皮穿刺种植放射性125I粒子治疗，观察患者的临床疗效。结果：总缓解率高达82.35%，临床疗效显著，并发症较少。结论：CT引导下经皮穿刺种植放射性125I粒子治疗晚期肺癌疗效显著，值得推广。
