【摘 要】

    目的：了解聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测方法在鼠疫疫情判定中的应用。方法：通过检测鼠疫耶尔森菌一个特异的目的基因(F1抗原基因、pla基因)检测鼠疫耶尔森菌。结果：2只病死旱獭脏器组织经PCR检测，均呈现两条与预期分子量相吻合的清晰目的扩增带。与胶体金、反相血凝试验(堆龙材料1：320、城关区材料1：5120)阳性完全相符。结论：PCR检测方法具有快速、特异、敏感的特点，在基层，偏远地区大力推广，对及时、准确判定鼠疫疫情及处置疫情，防止疫情蔓延具有重要的意义。

    Methods： a specific target gene (F1 antigen gene， PLA gene) was tested for yersinia pestis Results： PCR revealed two clear objective amplification bands that were consistent with the expected molecular weight. The results were consistent with the positive results of colloidal gold and reverse hemagglutination test (duilong material 1：320 and chengguan area material 1：5120).
