加味六君子汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚证患者的治疗作用观察(1)
【摘 要】
目的：观察对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺脾气虚证患者实施中医加味六君子汤进行治疗的效果。方法：抽取本院呼吸内科门诊收治的90例COPD稳定期肺脾气虚证患者作为文章研究对象，选取病例的时间是2016年5月-2018年5月，将其中以西医药治疗的45例为甲组，以加味六君子汤为主治疗的45例为乙组，比较其结果。结果：(1)两组治疗前的证候积分与CAT评分、急性加重的次数、FEV1水平、QIL评分对比均无统计学差异，P>0.05；治疗后乙组的上述指标水平均优于甲组，对比有统计学意义，P<0.05。(2)乙组的临床治疗总有效率是95.56%，比甲组的77.78%高，有统计学差异，P<0.05。结论：对COPD稳定期肺脾气虚证患者实施中医加味六君子汤进行治疗的疗效确切，有效性高，值得推广应用。

Methods： ninety patients with COPD's stable lung and temper deficiency syndrome were selected from respiratory medicine department of our hospital. The time of selecting the patients was May 2016 to May 2018， and 45 cases treated with western medicine were selected as group A， and the patients were divided into two groups： group A (n = 45) and group A (n = 45). 45 cases treated mainly with Jiawei Liujunzi decoction were treated as group B， and the results were compared.

Results： (1) before treatment， syndrome score and CAT score， acute exacerbation times and FEV1 level of QIL were measured in both groups. There was no significant difference in scores (P > 0.05). After treatment， the level of above indexes in group B was better than that in group A (P < 0.05). (2) the total effective rate of clinical treatment in group B was 95.56g， which was higher than that in group A (77.78%， P < 0.05).
Conclusion： it is effective and effective to treat the patients with COPD's stable lung qi deficiency syndrome by Chinese medicine plus Liujunzi decoction， which is worth popularizing.

COPD患者有急性期與稳定期之分，前者病情进展迅速，需及时接受治疗；后者病情虽已趋于稳定，但由于受到疾病侵袭，患者肺功能、呼吸功能等尚低，需要加强重视、实施有效、全面的救治[1]。但是，常规西药治疗毕竟治标不治本，疗效并不十分确切，随着祖国医学治疗理念在临床中的深入，中医治疗COPD稳定期的疗效渐被大众所关注，鉴于此，为了分析COPD稳定期肺脾气虚证患者接受中医加味六君子汤治疗的疗效，抽取了2016年5月-2018年5月我院呼吸内科门诊收治的90例患者实施分组，并施予不同疗法，现将治疗情况总结如下。
1 基本资料和方法
1.1 基本资料
90例对象为本院门诊2016年5月-2018年5月收治的COPD肺脾气虚证患者，将其中以西医药治疗的45例为甲组，另外以加味六君子汤治疗的45例为乙组。甲组性别：女20例、男25例；年龄：55岁-80岁，平均是(65.55±4.66)岁；病程：3个月-6年，平均病程是(4.58±1.02)年。乙组性别：女22例、男23例；年龄：53岁-78岁，平均是(65.54±4.65)岁；病程：5个月-8年，平均病程是(4.60±1.00)年。甲乙两组的基本资料对比无意义，P>0.05，可施予对比。, 百拇医药(赵倨正 赵岐文)
