【摘 要】 病例分型作为病案首页中的一项重要指标，其填报质量直接关系到医院的病种结构。该文采用PDCA的方法对广州市某部属三甲医院病案首页中病例分型的填写情况进行系列整改。整改后数据质量得到明显的改善，有利于医院的病种结构管理。
