血管生成因素与子宫内膜异位症发生机制的研究进展(2)
手術切除病灶和激素疗法是子宫内膜异位症治疗的两种黄金手段，但这两种方法都伴随有不同的副作用且面临很高的复发几率。有人曾提出利用不同亚型的激素受体存在表达差异和不同生物学作用的特性，针对受体的不同亚型对EMs患者进行选择性治疗，使治疗更加具有针对性，提高医治的效果，并且降低有关不良现象。到目前为止，我们对EMs的分子病理机制的了解仍然有限，对治疗干预的有效靶点知之甚少。而非激素治疗法，如抗血管增生和免疫调节药物，仍需要进一步的研究和加大实验样本数量，不断努力找出其相关因素，从而可以从病因出发，使相关治疗更加具有针对性。
