2种免疫检验方法检测乙型肝炎病毒感染血清学标志物的临床观察及对ECLIA的分析(1)

     【摘 要】

    目的：本文主要就两种不同免疫方法对于乙型肝炎感染患者的检测结果进行对比分析。方法：将本院在2017年2月～2018年2月期间收治的120例乙型肝炎病毒患者作为研究对象，然后就电化学发光法(ECLIA)以及酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)两种免疫检验方法对于血清学标志物的检验效果进行对比分析。结果：本次研究中电化学发光法的诊断准确率要显著高于酶联免疫吸附法(P<0.05)。结论：在进行乙型肝炎病毒患者的血清学标志物免疫检测过程中，电化学光法具备有更高的检测准确率，值得临床应用推广。
