【摘 要】目的： 探讨系统化护理干预对老年抑郁症的影响价值评价。方法：参与研究的100名患者，从2017年3月至2018年3月收治的入院接受治疗的老年抑郁症患者，按照随机数字法，将100名患者分为两组，接受常规护理干预的患者为对照组，接受系统化护理干预的患者为观察组，两组患者在接受不同的护理模式护，观察对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者的护理效果优于对照组患者，(P<0.05)各项数据差异具有可比性。结论： 老年抑郁症患者接受系统化护理，疗效显著，值得进行推广。
