孕产妇甲状腺功能减退危象防治探讨(1)
【摘 要】目的：探讨孕产妇甲状腺功能减退危象的防治。方法：分析云南省第一人民医院2013年1月至2015年6月住院分娩的198例妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退(甲减)孕产妇围产期甲状腺功能。结果：197例孕产妇围产期甲状腺功能控制良好，1例发生甲减危象，经抢救成功。结论：妊娠期进行甲状腺功能的筛查，及时诊断、治疗，能有效预防甲减危象发生，改善围产结局。
