【摘 要】目的：对住院老年患者静脉中长导管(MVC)临床并发症展开调查。方法：回顾性分析2016年5月～2018年5月本院50例MVC老年住院患者(作为A组)与50例老年中心静脉导管(PICC)患者(作为B组)的临床资料。比较两组并发症发生率。结果：两组临床相关并发症发生率对比差异小，P>0.05，无统计学意义。结论：住院老年MVC及PICC≧两周时间者临床相关并发症发生率差异不明显。
