【摘 要】目的：通过了解异地医保联网结算限制性用药存在的问题，找到问题的症结所在，避免类似的问题发生。方法：通过异地医保联网结算服务量及存在问题的例数 加强对临床医生的操作管控和指导 结果：异地医保联网结算限制性用药存在问题的有所减少。

Abstract Objective： To find out the problem of restricted drug use by understanding the problems of remote health insurance network， and to avoid similar problems. Methods： to strengthen the operational control and guidance of clinicians through the number of remote medical insurance network clearing services and the number of cases with problems： the number of restricted drugs for remote medical insurance network settlement was reduced.
